The pandemic has turned our lives upside down and sent shock waves throughout the economy.

Over the past two years, SMEs have gone through several lockdowns, having to reduce their activities and furlough staff. They’ve adapted as best they could, sometimes moving online or offering deliveries. Upon reopening, they’ve followed rules that keep evolving, from social distancing to mask wearing, or remote working and wider travel restrictions.
