Despite some critics suggesting that the outlook is bleak for small businesses, UK entrepreneurs are feeling buoyant about their future prospects, according to a survey by Royal & Sun Alliance (RSA). A staggering 67% of respondents had an extremely or very confident view of the next few years, with 27% quite confident. However, fewer than one in ten said that they felt less upbeat about what the future held. In addition 21% said they had enjoyed significant first-rate trading performance and 36%
