JLT launches unoccupied property cover
JLT Specialty has extended its landlords insurance offering to cover unoccupied properties, and enhanced its online quote and bind facility.
In addition JLT has added a further insurer, Aspen, to the panel.
The company said extending the range of cover on offer would enhance its online quote and bind facility.
Lee Rossney, partner at JLT, said: “Claims statistics for unoccupied properties, particularly in the current economic climate, have made this a challenging area for brokers and we are delighted to offer a new and simple solution."
