Salient Solutions founder to join Capita's GI business

Capita has appointed Clare Ryder as non-executive director of the partnerships arm of its insurance services business.

Ms Ryder has 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry. She established the consultancy firm Salient Solutions in 2005, and before that held senior roles at MMA and Fortis Insurance.

Ms Ryder will work closely with Wayne Lewis, interim managing director of Capita’s general insurance business.

Mr Lewis commented: “Clare knows how to get the best out of people and has her finger on the pulse of this industry.
