High net worth intermediary Weatherbys Hamilton will appoint four new partners from 2013 as the firm bids to realise its growth strategy.

Weatherbys Hamilton - which was launched in September - will recruit Jonny McIrvine, Alec Moore, Richard Chugg and Beth Sharkey.

The firm said the quartet all have extensive experience of insurance, with strong links to the bloodstock industry and broader property markets.

Charles Hamilton, CEO of Weatherbys Hamilton, said: "We've now attracted some of the most talented people in the market and will be delighted to welcome them to the Weatherbys stable, with its tremendous reputation and reach.
