Brightside confirms director exit as former Marsh man joins
Brightside Group has confirmed that director John Gannon will step down as of 31 May 2013 to return to his native Australia.
The Bristol-based broker today posted its tenth successive year of "record profits" as pre-tax profits rose 28.7% to £17.5m.
Confirming Mr Gannon's departure, chief executive officer Martyn Holman said: "On behalf of the board, shareholders and colleagues, we would like to express our thanks to John, a founding member of the Brightside Group, for his energy, commitment and contribution to the success of the company.
