Egan to leave Towergate on 14 September

Move confirmed as Ross legal case settled with Gallagher.

Scott Egan, interim chief executive at Towergate, will leave the firm on 14 September to take up his previously announced role as chief financial officer at RSA.

Egan joined Towergate in April 2012 and stepped up to the interim CEO role in February.

That position had previously been held by Alastair Lyons following the departure of Mark Hodges in October 2014.

Restructure
Both Egan and Lyons were at the helm guiding Towergate through the restructuring process which concluded this April.
