Midas takes on Direct Group’s commercial business

Midas, part of Ardonagh Group, will take over Direct’s specialist business as it looks to grow GWP to £100m.

Midas Underwriting is set to relaunch its strategy as it takes control of owner Direct Group’s specialist commercial business.

Midas Underwriting, a non-standard home and motor specialist that was acquired by Direct Group in 2016, will rebrand RDG Commercial to Midas Commercial.
