NIG Skandia is bidding to make greater in-roads into the commercial
motor market with the launch of an enhanced motor trade policy.


The new policy has the same cover as the existing product, except the
limits for third party property damage have been increased to £5m. Legal
expenses cover and an option for residual breakdown cover for computers
has also been added.


The legal expenses cover is available free for a year and includes defence
from criminal prosecutions (including motoring offences) and

Industry reacts to discount rate change
