Disaster recovery and restoration companies are set to create a
benchmark for service within their industry.


At the time of going to press, the newly-formed British Damage Management
Association was due to meet with insurers, loss adjusters and 14 firms
specialising in fire, flood, and disaster recovery on 4 August to discuss,
among other things, draft proposals for a new range of National Vocational
Qualifications. CGU, Norwich Union, and Royal & SunAlliance were among
those due to attend.
