Aviva raids RSA for new underwriting chief in personal and commercial lines shake-up

Aviva has appointed new heads of underwriting for both personal and commercial lines.

Hayley Robinson, who has joined from RSA where she was the underwriting, claims and insurance risk director for Latin America, has taken up the role of chief underwriting officer for personal lines.

She has also held roles as technical capability development director for the group, claims change director in the UK and commercial insurance director in Latin America.
