The Euclidian board has changed the titles and roles of two of its
directors.


James Truscott is now chief executive officer of Euclidian and deputy
chairman of all subsidiary companies within the group. James Stuart has
taken the position of managing director of Euclidian. Mr Truscott will be
responsible for the strategic development and expansion of the group,
while Mr Stuart will be undertaking the day-to-day running and
administration of all group companies.
