Royal SunAlliance Engineering unveiled its new offices in YorkStreet, Manchester, last month. The engineering operation is headed by
managing director Mark Cliff and now boasts a restructured management
team. The opening of the new office coincided with further changes to
management of the Royal & SunAlliance group. Peter Foreman has stepped
down as joint group director, Europe, and UK chief executive. Paul Spencer
takes up the position of UK chief executive and Julian Hance becomes group
finance
