CBG Group appoints Manchester broker to handle investor affairs

Daniel Stewart & Company has been appointed to act as joint broker working alongside CBG’s existing nominated adviser and broker, Zeus Capital.

In addition to working on institutional investor and shareholder relations it will also be responsible for providing advice to CBG on shareholder matters, as well as looking after the company's larger investors. These include: Octopus Investments, Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management, HIM Capital, Allianz Insurance and Hargreave Hale.

AUB reports Momentum and Movo deal costs
