Sir Jackie Stewart denies involvement in Aviva’s supercar payout

An Aberdeen newspaper had reported that the former professional driver was at the wheel of the £500,000 Pagani Zonda S when it crashed into a telegraph pole.

However, Sir Jackie Stewart has denied crashing the supercar which caused the £300,000 payout from Aviva reported yesterday.

According to the BBC, a spokesperson for three times F1 world champion said: "Sir Jackie wasn't in the country. He's never driven the car and doesn't know the owner."
