Zurich plugs in new technology and telecommunications offering
The professional and financial lines team of Zurich in the UK has launched a new technology and telecommunications insurance product.
According to the insurer, the product offers tailored cover for professional indemnity risks, including cover for privacy, network security and information technology liability for customers within the technology sector.
Geoff White, Zurich's senior market underwriter for technology, said: "The technology sector continues to evolve rapidly around the world. Zurich UK's new offering brings comprehensive cover involving experienced underwriters, claims handlers and risk engineers."
He concluded:
